Rolanda is a native Washingtonian whose passion is to serve and inspire young people in an effort to promote a collective sense of community cohesiveness. Over the course of her career, her outreach efforts have focused on community empowerment, personal enlightenment and professional excellence. She holds high expectations for our youth, and leads by example, through distinguished scholarship in the fields of Human Service Management and Psychology. We are excited about the future of Trained 4 Life, and know that under her competent and skillful leadership we have the power to engender hope and provide attractive opportunities for our next generation of leaders.
A native of the Washington DC area, Pierre Cox received his initial training in Life Strategies Coaching through the Spencer Institute, and has been in practice since 1998. He holds graduate degrees in Educational Leadership and Communications, and is a tireless advocate for health promotion initiatives and community empowerment. A dynamic speaker and presenter, he has traveled extensively and lends his expertise to several Washington DC area organizations. He is an Ambassador for the DC Chapter of Habitat for Humanity, has served as a volunteer for the HSC Pediatric Center for several years, and holds active professional affiliations with the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, American Holistic Health Association, and the American Safety & Health Institute.
